Returns
We have a 100% satisfaction policy with any product
you have purchased.
We will refund any product purchased
from us within 90 days of receipt of goods. All products
must be in original condition. For health reasons,
medical & dental kits are not returnable if they
have been opened. Price refunded will be for the product
only, we cannot refund shipping and handling or the
return cost of shipping. We recommend that all
returns be insured and sent via UPS or US Postal Priority
Mail with delivery confirmation. Please include
a copy of your order so that we can process your refund
correctly and promptly.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments:
Please notify us at once if a package as arrived
damaged or has missing items. We will replace your
order and either send a UPS call tag or credit you
for the return postage. We will also refund you for
the original shipping charges.
